- The RHC Junior Blending Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently assisting with blending pre-pulled raw materials for RHC customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understands and complies with the company food safety program, human safety program, and all other regulatory requirements to ensure the safe production of food.
- Work safely & efficiently in accordance with company defined policies, standard work or standard operating procedures.
- Must be willing and able to drive a forklift, complete the training necessary to drive a forklift, and follow all forklift safety procedures.
- Assist with ensuring that the correct mix ingredients, work order and quantities are present at all times.
- Assist with quality checks on blending equipment for any damage prior to blending raw materials.
- Follow all directions provided to ensure raw materials enter the mixing equipment in the appropriate order and discharged into the appropriate bulk sack.
- Follow all food safety & quality procedures on foreign material including visual checks of the sifter/separators and any specific instructions associated with the blend.
- Assist with completing all physical & digital quality checks and paperwork associated with the blending of raw materials.
- Neatly label the contents of the bulk sack on the bulk sack hood and the bulk sack tag in accordance with the lot number labeling requirements at The Raymond-Hadley Corp.
- Assist with putting the blended, labeled bulk sack away for further processing.
- Assist with utilizing company software program- Redzone to communicate blending quality checks and communication with various departments

Education and Experience, Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Education and Experience, Desired:
- 1 year working in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with handheld, touch screen reporting devices.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 88 lbs. throughout a standard shift.
